I aspire to make my home studio a place of magic, inspiration and learning for children. My classes are available for young artists of all skill levels. Children and youth can develop new skills and hone interests while discovering more about the power of the imagination and their unique view of the world. Students are taught that art making is a process, one that can be undertaken at any point in their lives, and that skills can constantly be improved. My students are asked to push boundaries in their thinking, to be creative and critical thinkers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mhl\">\n<div class=\"mvm uiP fsm\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mvm uiP fsm\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Instructor Bio:<\/strong> Monique Froehler<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 B.F.A. Emily Carr University of Art &amp; Design-Vancouver, B.C. 1996<br \/>\n\u2022 B.Ed. University of British Columbia-Visual Arts 2004<br \/>\n\u2022 Teaching Certificates in Good Standing held for B.C., NWT &amp; Ontario<\/p>\n<p>I am an artist\/art teacher who\u2019s been residing in the CCV (Country Club Village in the Canadian Golf Course) just west of Stittsville, Ontario, since June 2012. Currently, I\u2019ve stayed at home with my three young (3,5,7) children. Four\u00a0years ago, we moved from the north (Yellowknife, Northwest Territories) where I held a full-time position as a secondary school art teacher.
